Mark Gray (GBR) gewinnt Treviso Open 2015 im Finale gegen Alexander Kazakis (GRE) mit 9-3. Den 3. Platz belegen Oliver Ortmann (GER) und Mats Schjetne (NOR). Die Treviso Womens Open 2015 gewinnt Oliwia Czuprynska (POL) im Finale gegen Kataryna Polovinchik (UKR) mit 7-2. Den 3. Platz teilen sich Ina Kaplan (GER) und Marika Poikkijoki (FIN). Zwei Wochen vor dem Mosconi Cup 2015 findet in Treviso der letzte Euro-Tour Stop des Jahres 2015 statt. Vom 26. – 28. November 2015 wird im BHR-Hotel in Treviso erneut eines der größten europäischen Pool Billard Turniere ausgetragen und bei den Herren liegen bislang knapp 180 Meldungen vor. So ziemlich alles, was Rang und Namen hat in der europäischen Pool Billard Szene, wird auf die Jagd nach dem Gesamtpreisgeld von 34.000 Euro gehen. Titelverteidiger bei diesem Euro-Tour Event ist der neunmalige Euro-Tour Sieger und diesjährige Mosconi Cup Teilnehmer Nick van den Berg aus den Niederlanden. Sanjin Pehlivanovic (BIH) gewinnt Salzburg Open 2015 im Finale gegen Georg Höberl (AUT) mit 9-3. Den 3. Platz belegen Daniel Guttenberger (AUT) und Gabor Solymosi (HUN). Am nächsten Wochenende vom 10. – 11. Oktober 2015 finden in Salzburg/Österreich die Salzburg Open 2015 statt. Dieses 9 Ball Pool Billard Turnier ist seit Jahren ein fester Bestandteil der europäischen Pool Billard Szene und für viele Topspieler immer einen Besuch wert. Im Kugelrund Billardcenter wird es den Teilnehmern und Besuchern an nichts fehlen und wie immer können sich alle auf eine erstklassig organisierte Veranstaltung freuen. Insgesamt gehen 128 Spieler in Salzburg an den Start, gespielt wird 9 Ball bis 6 mit Wechselbreak in 2 Gruppen mit je 64 Spielern im Doppel-KO System bis zu den Letzten 16. Die 16 Besten jeder Gruppe qualifizieren sich für die Finalrunde der letzten 32, hier wird auf 7 Gewinnspiele erhöht und im Einfach-KO System bis zum Schluss weitergespielt. Kaci through to quarter-finals in 9-ball The Dynamic European Championships – Youth, Seniors & Ladies Portoroz, Slovenia – 1-16 aug 2014 07/08/2014 Eklent Kaci (ALB) booked his seat in the quarter-final round of the 9-ball competition of the U17 players. In the round of the last 16 players, Kaci defeated Fedor Gorst (RUS) with 7:4. He will now face Johannes Schmitt (GER) in the quarter-final match. Kaci is probably one of the bigger surprises at this Dynamic Billard European Championships for Youth. He plays rock solid and convinces with his performance. He already won the Bronze Medal in 8-ball and the Silver Medal in 10-ball earlier this week. Coming here to Portoroz completely unheralded, it will be interesting to follow where the road of this young player will lead him to. The defending Champion Jan van Lierop (NED) could not live up to his performance from last year and lost two matches in order to be eliminated from the event. Filler and Maciol grab the Gold Medals The Dynamic European Championships – Youth, Seniors & Ladies Portoroz, Slovenia – 1-16 aug 2014 02/08/2014 The first medals have been awarded at the 2014 Dynamic Billard European Youth Championships in Portoroz, Slovenia. Joshua Filler (GER) won the juniors division while Daniel Maciol (POL) took the title in the pupils division. Filler has been one of the favorite players in the event. Being the defending champion in the pupils, he played his first year in the juniors division since he has reached the age limit. But also in the juniors, no one was able to stop Filler. He eliminated Tian Zhang (SWE) in the semi-final with 100:67 and won the final match over Spasian Spasov (BUL) with 100:47. Spasov, who overcame Daniel Tangudd (SWE) in the semi-final, was the underdog in the final. He fought his way through the chart and the second place is definitely a huge success for the Bulgarian. Andreuzzi over Ibric like a hurricane

Khodjaeva once again on the loser’s side Sarajevo, Bosnia & Hercegovina: With an 8:0 whitewash, Nino Andreuzzi (GER) finished Azur Ibric’s (BIH) hopes in the 9-ball competition. The game was 9-ball and the round was the single elimination round of the final 32 junior players. 9-ball is a short rack game and is said to be the fastest of all pool-billiard games. However, Andreuzzi took that probably a bit too literally in his match with Ibric. He played fluently and quick, coming to a 5:0 lead after only 23 minutes. The Bosnian definitely was the underdog in this encounter from the very beginning. Andreuzzi had already taken two medals this week – Bronze in straight pool and Gold in 10-ball. But still Ibric was playing on his home turf having the support of the vivacious Bosnian crowd. But that did not seem to impress Andreuzzi at all. 10-ball competition finished at Youth EC Sarajevo, Bosnia & Hercegovina: The finals of the 10-ball competitions have been decided. In the girl’s division, favored Kamila Khodjaeva (BEL) overcame Germany’s Veronika Ivanovskaia with 5:3. In the pupil’s division, Daniel Guttenberger (AUT) snatched the gold medal, handing a 6:1 defeat to brave Kamil Szaszor (POL). Both players came to the final match very much unexpected. In the junior’s division, Nino Andreuzzi (GER) really had to work to claim his medal against Daniel Tangudd (SWE). He needed 13 racks to bring the second gold medal to Germany with 7:6. That puts Germany in first place of the medal table after two of five events. The Dynamic Billard EPBF European Championships Youth will continue tomorrow morning at 09:00 CET with the 8-ball competition.
