Allen Hopkins, Danny Barouty & Willie Mosconi to be Inducted into the 2015 Straight Pool Hall of Fame New York City, NY – The votes are in, and Allen Hopkins, Danny Barouty, and Willie Mosconi will all be inducted this year during the Andy Cloth 75th World Tournament of 14.1 . The 5th Annual 14.1 Hall of Fame takes place Wednesday July 15th 8pm with a dinner banquet at Steinway Cafe-Billiards. Tickets are $55 includes amazing dinner, wine, drinks, special video presentation by Jerry Tarantola, & numerous star speakers! PayPal can be paid to DPevent@gmail.com to reserve. New York City, NY – The 5th Annual 14.1 Hall of Fame nominees have been announced via selection process from the World 141 Club in a row. We are please to announce this year’s ballot list which includes World Champions Allen Hopkins, Nick Varner, and Bobby Hunter in the Greatest Player Category. Mike Eufemia, Danny Barouty, and Tom Jennings are nominated in the Unsung Hero Category. Finally, 19-times World 14.1 winner Willie Mosconi will be honored posthumously in coordination with the 75th edition of The World Tournament of 14.1. The main event will take place once more in New York City. Dragon Promotions is pleased to keep the oldest billiard event in the world alive with the 75th production on July 13th-19th, 2015. Qualifiers for the 75th World Tournament of 14.1 Begins Saturday

New York City, NY – For the 10th year in a row, qualifiers will be held nationwide for the 75th edition of The World Tournament of 14.1. Players all over the United States will be able to take their chance to win a spot into the grand slam of straight pool! Each qualifier winner will be guaranteed a minimal of 6 round robin matches in the finale main event. The main event will take place once more in New York City. Ein ziemlich interessantes Interview von bluewhiteball – Billard TV mit Team Kiste, Joshua Filler und Ralf Mrnka (Pool Tigers). Dieses Interview wurde während des Ardennen Cup 2015 aufgezeichnet. Bernd Schmotz von bluewhiteball – Billard TV hat in den letzten Monaten viele Pool Billard Events in Deutschland und auch Europa bereist und diverse Spiele für seinen YouTube Channel eingefangen. Zudem präsentiert er hin und wieder einige sehr spannende Interviews mit Akteuren und Förderern des Pool Billard Sports. Asia came out strong winning the first 3 matches of the day before Team West stopped the bleeding with a win in the triples. Amit and China’s World #1 Siming Chen have been instrumental in Asia’s success, while USA’s Villarreal and Ireland’s Corr have had the best performances by far for the West. TheAM8.com Queens Cup concludes today with Team Asia going in up 7 to 4 against the West. Asia needs 3 more match wins to clinch the win and successfully defend their title.
