Manila, Philippines- Dragon Promotions is pleased to announce the fifth installment of the greatest women’s tournament in the world, the 2013 Yalin Women’s World 10-Ball Championship! This year’s edition will take place October 28th – November 4th,2013 to luxurious Resorts World Manila, an upscale hotel and casino adding onto the dynamic atmosphere of the coveted championship. Final Stage 1 Qualifiers will be held at Star Billiards Manila on October 28-29th and the pre-event press conference on October 30th. An elite 48 world class lady pros, the best of the best from 20 countries, will attend the event to decide who is the World Champion. This year’s event is again title sponsored by Yalin Tables, one of the premier billiard table manufacturers of the world.

28/02/2016 Jasmin Ouschan conquers another title for her collection Jasmin Ouschan (AUT) just won the Dynamic Billard Italian Open for Women in Treviso, Italy, with an easy 7:1 victory over Christine Wiechert (GER). It was Wiechert’s first appearance in a Euro-Tour final and she has had already several tough matches behind her so she seemed to be a bit tired and worn out already. Her opponent was completely the opposite. Ouschan is used to final matches and TV settings and long final days so she was very much on top of her game. That constellation was proven to be true during the final match. Wiechert seems to be out of power. Trailing 0:2 to strong Ouschan, she even missed an easy 9-ball. That was probably a crucial point in the match. From then on, the mistakes accumulated and Wiechert could not find any remedy against her strong opponent. Appleton has gone undefeated once more making it a 20 match winning streak from last year. Hohmann had one loss in the round robin but has stormed back with huge runs over big names at the Andy Cloth 75th World Tournament of 14.1 . A who’s who of world class players were in attendance to etch their name into history’s elite of the father of all pool games. Darren Appleton, Thorsten Hohmann, Stephan Cohen, Shane Van Boening, Johnny Archer, Earl Strickland, Mika Immonen, Tony Robles and many, many more have participated all week.
