Team Österreich (Albin Ouschan & Mario He) gewinnt 2017 12BET World Cup of Pool im Finale gegen Team USA (Shane Van Boening & Skyler Woodward) mit 10-6. Den 3. Platz belegen Team China (Wi Jiaqing & Dang Jinhu) und Team Taiwan (Ko Pin-Yi & Chang Yu-Lung). Am kommenden Dienstag, den 13. Juni 2017 beginnt in London das wohl spektakulärste Pool Billard Event des Jahres. Die 2017er Ausgabe des World Cup of Pool verspricht wie bei den letzten Austragungen alles was diesen Sport so besonders machen kann, Spannung, Drama, Emotionen und teils unglaubliche Leistungen unter höchstem Druck. 8th June – 2017 12BET World Cup of Pool Hungary are in as more broadcasters sign up THERE ARE JUST five days to go until the 2017 12BET World Cup of Pool breaks off at the York Hall in the heart of London’s vibrant East End. The event is into its 11th year and reigning champions Chinese Taipei – Ko Pin Yi and Chang Yu Lung – return to the scene of their triumph two years ago. 9th December – 2016 Betfair Mosconi Cup Europe 11 – 3 USA Jayson Shaw 5 – 1 Mike Dechaine THE EUROPEANS needed just one match to retain the 2016 Betfair Mosconi Cup as Jayson Shaw had the honour of potting the winning 9 ball as he eased past Mike Dechaine 5-1 to spark wild celebrations at the Alexandra Palace. Team Europe entered the fray carrying a 10-3 lead after dominating the first three days of the competition and they delivered a crushing defeat to an American side that looked out of their depth at times in front of a very vocal 2,000 strong crowd. Shaw, who came into the event on the back of a run of brilliant form, never looked too comfortable over the first three days. However, he came with some terrific shots to banish Dechaine to the sidelines and secure the European’s seventh consecutive victory. geschrieben von Andreas Huber Es ist also tatsächlich passiert – fast pünktlich zu Weihnachten: Billard kommt wieder live und mit Deutschen Kommentaren in professionellem Format über den Äther !!! Gut – der Äther ist kein öffentlicher Fernsehsender – aber das sollten inzwischen alle Beteiligten verstanden haben – ins Fernsehen führt für unsere Sportart derzeit einfach kein Weg… Umso mehr hat es mich gefreut, als der neue Streaming-Dienst DAZN („da zone“) vor einiger Zeit angefangen hat, die Beteiligten der früheren Sport1-Übertragungen zu kontaktieren. Dabei wurde in Aussicht gestellt, die Matchroom-Events ins Produkt-Portfolio von DAZN aufzunehmen und alle Events live mit Deutschen Kommentatoren zu streamen! Seit ein paar Tagen ist es nun offiziell: Der Mosconi-Cup 2016 geht von 06. bis 09.12.2016 täglich ab 18:30 (GMZ) – also 19:30 MEZ – live und mit den Kommentatoren vor Sport1 (Sebastian Bernsdorff und Andreas Huber) in voller Länge auf Sendung!!!
