27/06/2015 Organizers of the Atlantic Challenge Cup have agreed to grant streaming rights for the inaugural staging of the Atlantic Challenge Cup to Kozoom, one of the world’s leading billiard event streamers. As such, Kozoom has agreed to show the Atlantic Challenge Cup through their multimedia platform. Membership can be obtained on the Kozoom website www.kozoom.com or you can find the live stream link on the Atlantic Challenge Cup website. http://www.x-patspoolleagues.com/#!atlantic-challenge-cup/c5ay A 10 day pass will cost 24.99 Euros which will also give you access to replays in case you miss the matches. An annual pass is just 99.00 Euros and will give subscribers access to all the European pool scene for the entire year with hundreds of hours of replays, including the upcoming European Championships and Eurotour. Team Europa gewinnt Atlantic Challenge Cup 2015 gegen Team USA mit 11-9. Vom 01. – 04. Juli 2015 findet in Rankweil/Österreich die erste Ausgabe des Atlantic Challenge Cup 2015 statt. Das große Vorbild dieser Veranstaltung ist der von Matchroom Sport organisierte Mosconi Cup. Der Mosconi Cup gehört zu den Top Pool Billard Veranstaltungen des Jahres und überzeugt durch sein Format, die Stimmung und den Kampf zwischen den USA und Europa. Der Atlantic Challenge Cup 2015 ist ein Team Pool Billard Event, an dem die besten Junioren aus den USA und einige der besten Junioren aus Europa teilnehmen werden. Die Teams der USA und Europas bestehen jeweils aus 6 Spielern. Für die USA werden bei diesem Pool Billard Vergleichskampf Tyler Brandom, Nick Evans, Joshua Franklin, Drake Niepoetter, Taylor Hansen und April Larson an den Start gehen. Team Europe Announces Player Change For Atlantic Challenge Cup

12/05/2015 The EPBF were recently informed by its member, the German Billiard Union (DBU) that they regrettably have to withdraw a player from the team. The player withdrawn is Germany’s rising star, Joshua Filler. In his place, comes a strong young competitor from Poland, Patryk Statkiewicz who lost in the final of the 9-ball to his now teammate, Raphael Wahl. Poland has a good young crop of players, they are known for producing great talent and Patryk will add a lot to this team with his inclusion. Team Europe will meet team USA in what will be a fabulous event full of action and drama. These two great Continents going head to head over a four day bonanza, starting on the 1st of July. It’s a team match-up over a possible race of 21. The team winning 11 matches will be crowned Atlantic Challenge Cup Champions come Saturday the 4th of July. Europe Announces Atlantic Challenge Cup Team To Face America

04/04/2015 The European Pocket Billiard Federation today announced its team to face the Americans during the inaugural staging of the Atlantic Challenge Cup starting on the 1st July, 2015. There is a formidable duo of Germans in Joshua Filler & Raphael Wahl, who both picked up double gold’s at last year’s European championships. Another duo, this time all the way from Russia, sees European Girls 8-ball Champion, Kristina Tkach, and the #34 ranked player, therefore the highest ranked youth player on the Eurotour,Maxim Dudanets make the team. With the team consisting of four boys and two girls, there was still one spot in each category to fill. Finalizing the girls’ roster is the Belarusian Marharyta Fefilava, with her silver medal at the 9-ball girls Youth EC in 2014. The final boys’ spot goes to Sweden’s Daniel Tangudd who qualified through the Eurotour rankings due to the double winners of Joshua & Raphael. Daniel himself also picked up a silver and a bronze medal at the Youth EC and has earned his place on the team. […]

24/03/2015 Junior players to compete annually in Europe versus USA competition The European Pocket Billiard Federation and the Billiard Congress of America, the governing bodies of pool in their respective regions and two of the founding members of the World Pool-Billiard Association, today announced a joint venture in the promotion of junior pool. Beginning in 2015, a Mosconi Cup style event for junior players will be held. Two teams consisting of four boys and two girls will represent Europe and America and do battle from July 1 – 4, 2015 on European soil in Rankweil, Austria in the inaugural staging of the Atlantic Challenge Cup between Europe and America.
