By Ted Lerner WPA Press Officer Germany’s Thorsten Hohmann kicked off his campaign in the 2013 World 9-ball Championship in Doha with a resounding 9-4 defeat at the hands of Taiwan’s talented Lo Li Wen. But as he packed up his cue and walked out of the arena, he didn’t seem the least bit bothered by being on the ropes so early in the event. In fact, he exuded confidence.
