Women’s International Pool Championship Comes to America New York City, New York– Pool fans hang onto your hats. The ladies are back! Dragon Promotions is bringing big time, world class women’s pool back to the United States with the 6th Annual Women’s International Pool Championship ! The event takes place December 16-21, 2014 featuring 64 elite women from around the world and hosted by Steinway Billiards Cafe in New York City, the epicenter of American culture. The event is sanctioned by the WPBA and will be filmed by AZBTV. Warren Kiamco (PHI) gewinnt 3rd Annual Steinway Classic 2014 im Finale gegen Dennis Hatch (USA) mit 13-11. Den 3. Platz belegt Shaun Wilkie (USA). Die 3. Auflage des jedes Jahr sehr gut besetzten Steinway Classic findet am kommenden Wochenende vom 02. – 03. August 2014 statt. Im sehr beliebten Steinway Billiards in Queens/New York wird auch die 3. Auflage mit vielen internationalen Topspielern begeistern können. Das Steinway Classic ist Teil der Predator Pro/AM Tour und Titelverteidiger ist Shane Van Boening. „Dieses Showmatch wurde wenige Stunden vor Beginn aus bislang noch nicht kommunizierten Gründen abgesagt!“ Am morgigen Dienstag, den 29. August 2013 wird es ein ziemlich interessantes Showmatch im Steinway Billiards, Astoria/New York geben. Das „Battle of the Atlantic“ beginnt um 20 Uhr Ortszeit (also 2 Uhr Freitagmorgen unserer Zeit). Es wird in einer Scotch Doubles Auseinandersetzung um das Preisgeld von 5.000$ gespielt. Die beiden Amerikaner Shane Van Boening und Earl Strickland spielen gegen Darren Appleton (GBR) und Jayson Shaw (SCO) einen Satz bis 30. Es wird 10 Ball gespielt mit Wechselbreak mit der Call Shot/Call Safety Regel. D.h. es unbeabsichtig gespieltes Save führt quasi zu einer Push-Out Situation. Dieses Showmatch im Steinway Billiards wird von Insidepool.tv via kostenlosen Livestream komplett übertragen. Der Livestream war bereits bei den letzten beiden Turnieren sehr gut anzuschauen und wird auch morgen das Geschehen perfekt einfangen. Im Steinway Billiards in Astoria/New York wird ein erstklassiges Teilnehmerfeld vom 25. – 27. August bei diesem 10 Ball Event um den Titel kämpfen. Das Preisgeld wird mehr als 15.000$ Dollar betragen und davon sind alleine 7.000$ added Money. Die 2.
