Wu Jiaqing (CHN) gewinnt World 9 Ball China Open 2016 im Finale gegen Cheng Yu-Hsuan (TPE) mit 11-4. Den 3. Platz belegen Wu Kun-Lin (TPE) und Ko Pin-Yi (TPE). Bei den Damen gewinnt Yu Han (CHN) im Finale gegen Liu Shasha (CHN) mit 9-8. Den 3. Platz belegen Wang Xiao-Tong (CHN) und Chen Xue (CHN). Am kommenden Sonntag, den 21. August werden in Shanghai/China die World 9 Ball China Open 2016 eröffnet. Bis zum 28. August wird bei den China Open so ziemlich alles was Rang und Namen hat, in der weltweiten Pool Billard Szene, am Start sein. Dieses Turnier zählt zu den größten Herausforderungen eines jeden Pool Billard Spielers. Kaum ein Turnier ist weder bei Damen und Herren besser besetzt als dieses. Es gibt viele Spieler die der Meinung sind das die China Open einen höheren Stellenwert haben als eine Weltmeisterschaft. 28/02/2016 Jasmin Ouschan conquers another title for her collection Jasmin Ouschan (AUT) just won the Dynamic Billard Italian Open for Women in Treviso, Italy, with an easy 7:1 victory over Christine Wiechert (GER). It was Wiechert’s first appearance in a Euro-Tour final and she has had already several tough matches behind her so she seemed to be a bit tired and worn out already. Her opponent was completely the opposite. Ouschan is used to final matches and TV settings and long final days so she was very much on top of her game. That constellation was proven to be true during the final match. Wiechert seems to be out of power. Trailing 0:2 to strong Ouschan, she even missed an easy 9-ball. That was probably a crucial point in the match. From then on, the mistakes accumulated and Wiechert could not find any remedy against her strong opponent. Albin Ouschan (AUT) gewinnt World 9 Ball China Open 2015 im Finale gegen John Morra (CAN) mit 11-8. Den 3. Platz belegen Nick van den Berg (NED) und Chu Bingjie (CHN). Bei den Damen gewinnt Ga Young Kim (KOR) im Finale gegen Fu Xiaofang (CHN) mit 9-6. Den 3. Platz belegen Chen Siming (CHN) und Yu Han (CHN). Am Sonntag, den 28. Juni 2015 startet in Shanghai/China eines der größten und prestigeträchtigsten Pool Billard Turniere auf der ganzen Welt. Die World 9 Ball China Open 2015 sind nach der 9 Ball Weltmeisterschaft das wohl spannendste und härteste Turnier, welches ein Pool Billard Spieler bestreiten kann. Bis zum Finaltag am 05. Juli 2015 wird bei den China Open so ziemlich die ganze Weltelite bei Damen und Herren an den Tischen gestanden haben. Four medals for Team Europe and a chance for a title 18/11/2014 The two remaining European players on the loser’s side in this year’s World 9-Ball Championships for Youth in Shanghai, China, were Raphael Wahl (GER) and Patryk Statkiewicz (POL). Wahl met S. Myanganbayer (MON) in the loser’s qualification round. It was a one-sided match in favor of the German and even with a few mistakes committed, Wahl easily took the match with 9:3. Statkiewicz had a tougher opponent to face. Hsu Jui An (TPE) also wanted a spot in the single elimination stage of the event. The match was a tough battle between the two players. After 13 racks, the score was 7:6 in favor of Hsu. It was Statkiewicz’s break then. Both players seemed to be nervous and played bad shots. Hsu was able to win that rack and got on the hill with 8:6. Another title for Jasmin Ouschan The Dynamic Eurotour – Slovenia Open – 21-24 aug 2014 24/08/2014 Jasmin Ouschan (AUT) just won the women’s Euro-Tour in Portoroz, Slovenia with an impressive 6:0 victory in the final match over Monic Margeta (SWE). Even though 32 women participated, it turned out to be a one woman show by Ouschan. 6:2, 6:2, 6:0, 6:1 and 6:0 is her impressive record from the event. That proves that no other player had the slightest chance against Ouschan. In fact, she dominated the whole field to her liking. „I have felt so well here“, stated Ouschan after the awards, „and having played the men’s Euro-Tour just before the women’s Euro-Tour definitely gave me a boost and improved my performance.“ Ouschan achieved and impressive 9th rank in the men’s event, ousting players like Roman Hybler (CZE) and other tough guns to beat. „Kelly Fisher (GBR) gewinnt AMWAY eSpring Women’s World 9 Ball Open 2013 im Finale gegen Jasmin Ouschan (AUT) mit 11-8. Den 3. Platz bei diesem Megaevent belegen Chieh Yu Chou und Pei Chen Tsai aus Taiwan!“ Am 11. März startet das wohl größte Damenevent neben den Weltmeisterschaften. Die AMWAY eSpring Women’s World 9 Ball Open 2013 werden in Taipei/Taiwan bis zum 17. März laufen. Bevor das Hauptfeld am 14. März in das geschehen eingreift, laufen bis zum 13. März die Qualifikationsrunden. Das Hauptfeld besteht aus 40 Spielerinnen und gespielt wird in 8 Gruppen zu je 5 Spielerinnen im Round Robin System (Jeder gegen Jeden). Der Modus ist ein wenig kompliziert, die jeweils Gruppenerste qualifiziert sich direkt für das Achtelfinale. Die Gruppenzweite und -dritte spielen dann anschließend eine Runde um sich für das Achtelfinale (letzten 16) zu qualifizieren. In den Vorrunden wird auf 7 Gewinnspiele mit Winnerbreak gespielt bis einschließlich Viertelfinale. Ab dem Halbfinale auf 9 und im Finale auf 11. Titelverteidigerin ist Chieh Yu Chou aus Taiwan.
