June 14th – 2017 Mosconi Cup Ticket Sales Europe v USA showdown set for Mandalay Bay MATCHROOM SPORT can announce that tickets for the 2017 Mosconi Cup will go on sale this Thursday 15th June at 6.30pm BST / 10.30am Pacific Time. Taking place at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino from December 4 – 7, this will be the 24th annual Mosconi Cup and it’s eighth appearance in Las Vegas. In keep with the status of the event as the biggest in pool, the Europe v USA will be played out in a 1,500-seat arena with ticket prices as follows: Standard $48.00 Standard Season Ticket $161.00 Premium $70.00 Premium Season Ticket $239.00 VIP Package Details to follow. geschrieben von Jörg Laupitz Die 14.Nagoldtal Open des Nagolder Pool Billard Clubs waren wieder ein Event der Spitzenklasse. Begrüßt wurden die, teils weit gereisten, Spieler bereits am Eingang des Spiellokales Kö22. Ein eigens eingerichteter „Walk of Fame“ wurde von jedem Spieler beim Besteigen der Treppe beschritten. An der Wand des Treppenaufgangs waren Fotos der letzten fünf Nagoldtal Open Sieger präsentiert. Diese sollten den Teilnehmern als zusätzliche Motivation dienen. Jeder beim Turnier anwesende abgebildete Sieger durfte sein Bild persönlich signieren. Bereits in der ersten Vorrundengruppe am Freitagabend starteten mit Geronimo Weißenberger und Sascha Tege, zwei ehemalige Turniersieger ins Geschehen.  Beide konnten souverän in die Endrunde einziehen. In der zweiten Freitagsgruppe gingen mit Mahmut Turan, Mark Simon, Daniel Klapper, Alexander Bohr und Jörg Laupitz gleich fünf Nagolder an den Start. Während es bei den anderen Drei nicht so gut lief, sollten sich Simon und Laupitz bis in die entscheidenden Spiele zum Einzug in die Finalrunde durchkämpfen.
